  1. Full Property Management: With this comprehensive service, you pay a fee of 15% of what each listing earns for accommodations. This option covers all aspects of managing your property, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

  2. Limited Property Management: If you prefer a more hands-on approach, our limited property management option charges a fee of 10% of accommodations. This package provides essential services while giving you more control over certain aspects of property management.

  3. A La Carte Management: For those who want complete control, our A La Carte Management offers a simple and transparent fee structure. You pay a flat fee of $120 per reservation, allowing you to maintain full control of your listing, with Craig as your local Co-Host and registered contact for the city and for guests during their stay.
